If you’re a fan of all things Italian, then this course is for you! Join well-known Italian Chef Valentina Harris for a Christmas-inspired Italian cooking course.
In this suitably festive full day class, you will be taught how to create your our edible Christmas gifts; both sweet and savoury.
Valentina will inspire you with her strong Italian heritage, to create some delicious Italian sweet and savoury treats as the perfect Christmas gifts for your loved ones.
Examples of what may be taught include:
Baci Di Dama – Hazelnut and Chocolate Biscuits, Genoese Pandolce (Easy Panettone!), Panpepato – spiced, nutty Roman Christmas sweetmeat, Sicilian Almond Pesto, Tuscan Liver Pate, Grissini – various flavours, Cantuccini (Tuscan Biscotti) with figs and hazelnuts, Walnut Pesto, Panforte – Tuscan Christmas sweetmeat and finally, Parmesan Biscuits.
