On this one day course, Andy will be teaching our students how to make some truly special breads, all easy to replicate at home.
In this fun-filled one-day course, you’ll have the chance to make a variety of yeasted breads, starting off with a staple such as a Farmhouse Loaf, then moving on to sweet like a Cinnamon Roll.
You’ll then progress onto an introduction to the indulgent ciabatta and focaccia, before moving onto to the art of sourdough baking, making sourdough flatbread for lunch. You’ll be guided through each stage of the process from mixing and kneading, to proving and baking.
All the bread you make on the day will be yours to take home, so please bring a bag with you to safely transport your loaves with you.
All refreshments will be provided by us throughout the day.
