In this fabulously festive and spicy class you’ll be learning all sorts of great Indian dishes that can be easy to serve as canapés for your Christmas gatherings…
- Cocktail Samosas filled with a spiced potato filling – everything will be prepared from scratch including the pastry
- Reshmi chicken tikka skewers – chicken marinated in an almond-cashew spiced marinade, oven baked
- Savoury Indian Street Food Chaat – layered dish of papdi (wholemeal deep fried disc), potatoes, chickpeas, onions, tomatoes, fresh coriander, sev (gram flour fritters), tamarind chutney and coriander dip, topped with fresh pomegranate with yogurt and spiced with chaat masala and other spices
- Paneer tikka skewers with peppers and onions – made with Indian cooking cheese in a spiced yogurt marinade
- Crunchy spinach Bhajjias – made in a chickpea, rice flour batter with fresh spinach leaves
Stir fry masala turkey (great as a dish to use any left over turkey with)
