French Pâtisserie with Lucie Bennett

During the class, Lucie demonstrates and guides you through each step of how to create stunning dome pâtisseries.
You will be taught how to make a flavoured soaking syrup, a sponge, a flavoured centre, chocolate mousse and a beautiful mirror glaze. The final part of the class will be dedicated to decorating the pâtisseries. This class is perfect for anyone who enjoys baking and dessert making.
Some elements will be pre-prepared to allow you to complete the pâtisseries during the class.
All recipes, ingredients, equipment, homemade lunch and refreshments will be provided throughout the day.
You’ll have a delicious lunch on the day and get to take your patisserie home to test on your family.
Please bring some Tupperwares with you.
