Fish & Seafood Masterclass with Oliver Thompson

Join our Executive Head Chef, Oliver Thompson for a full day’s masterclass in all things fish and seafood!

Oliver lives in Cornwall, and will be personally sourcing (and delivering!) all the fish we will be cooking with from the fish markets at Newlyn and Port Isaac harbours.

Over the course of the day, Oliver will teach you how to fillet different types of fish, how to cure fish and how to cook fish using different methods.

He will also teach you how to make sauces or butters to go with each dish, as well as advising on what sides complement each dish beautifully.

You will be sitting down to eat your fish dishes as you cook them (as cooked fish doesn’t travel well), so no containers need to be brought to this course. 

All refreshments will be provided by us, as well as accompaniments for your fish dishes to provide a full lunch.
