Our Executive Head Chef, Oliver Thompson, is running this half day morning course on cooking Regional Indian Curries. In our half-day Indian curry class we will look at how the cuisine differs across the country, and learn a different curry from each of the regions. Some of the curries you will make will be the irresistible butter chicken and luscious and delicate Goan prawn caldinho. Each curry will be accompanied by a delicious side dish. All food will be available to take home or eat right there on the spot. All refreshments will be provided by us, as well as ingredients for your course. The class starts at 10am and will run for 3 hours.
