Oliver Thompson, our head chef will teach you a variety of Middle Eastern Dishes that can be enjoyed as a feast/ sharing style of dining. You will learn how to bring together amazing Middle Eastern inspired flavour mixes to form some of Oliver's favourite dishes which are packed with flavour. Middle Eastern Cookery is healthy & fresh and it will also give you so many ideas to adapt to your everyday cooking at home. Example dishes that you may cook on the day: · Chermoula Quail (made using fresh herbs such as parsley and cilantro, with garlic, citrus and warm spices) · Cauliflower Shawara · Trio of Dips: Beetroot Borani, Labneh with Dukkah, Baba Ghanoush · Moorish Spiced Chicken Wings · Pea & Mint Falafel The class will run from 10am until 1pm We provide all the ingredients, tea and coffee and containers to take away selection of the dishes you have cooked PLEASE ADVISE US AT TIME OF BOOKING OF ANY ALLERGIES OR INTOLERANCE .
