Spanish cuisine is extremely creative, but always steeped in its heritage, giving the fantastic parallel of modern and traditional, resulting in beautiful and thoughtful food. In this class, we’ll look at the fundamentals of Spanish cooking with timeless recipes and dishes. Below is an example of some of the dishes you might make: * classic pintxos dishes of the Basque region including pan con tomate and grilled leeks with romesco, * ajo blanco and hake with clams and salsa verde * churros with a spiced chocolate sauce.
