Our Cauliflower cheese is a deliciously creamy traditional British dish that can be eaten as a main course,  or as a side dish.
The dish consists of pieces of cauliflower lightly boiled and covered with a milk-based cheese sauce (using full cream and mature cheddar for ultimate flavour and wholesome indulgence) that is then baked in the oven.
