We allow a whole chicken leg per person, which we skin, dip in seasoned flour and fry in olive oil, which helps develops our beautiful, traditionally flavoured Coq au Vin. We add a generous glug of rich red wine and our special herbs and spices to re-create this fabulous French classic. Enjoy with Dauphoise potatoes.
