Our super tasty leek gratin is a wonderful vegetarian dish on its own or as a side… chopped leeks, baked in a rich creamy sauce (using full cream and mature cheddar for ultimate flavour and wholesome indulgence), sprinkled with a panko (crustless) white breadcrumb mix and baked in the oven for a creamy base and crunchy top!  Delicious.
