We are very excited to offer 1/2 day pizza making classes at The Limpsfield Cookery School. During this 3-hour class, you will learn how to make the all-important pizza dough with a sourdough twist for added flavour. You will then top your pizza using fresh ingredients to make a Traditional Neapolitan Pizza. The pizzas will be cooked using pizza stones so you can create the same pizza at home and also in an electric pizza oven. The course includes all ingredients, coffee and tea and a box to take your pizza home in. PLEASE NOTIFY US ON BOOKING OF ANY ALLERGIES OR DIETARY REQUIREMENTS, IT IS IMPORTANT WE KNOW IN ADVANCE. The class starts at 10.00am and finishes at 1.00pm
