Valentina will teach you to make the pasta dough which you will then turn into Tagliatelle and Ravioli. You will also learn how to make the sauces that you can pair with the pasta. You will learn to make: * Spinach and Ricotta Ravioli * Asparagus Ravioli * Tagliatelle with a creamy tomato sauce The course includes all ingredients, coffee and tea when you can sit down and chat with Valentina. Plus containers to take your pasta home in.
