School’s Back! New classes online…

We’re very excited to say that we are now able to open up our cookery school for cooking classes once again and have started to schedule in classes from August onwards…

We have three sets of 3-day kids cooking classes to keep the children entertained for a few days, and help them to practise some key kitchen skills.

Next up it’s the turn of the Uni students – or students-to-be – with our “The Student Life” 3-day course. Open to 16yo and over and Jacqui will be running 1/2 day back to basics classes for those beginners who want to gain some experience and confidence in the kitchen.

Kids Cooking School

Our Summer Children’s 3-Day cookery courses will teach a variety of cooking skills and 3-4 dishes per day with all food to take home to share with family.  Find the children’s courses on our website, under “Our Courses”, Student & Children category.

The Student Life

Worried your “big kid” may starve when they head off to Uni this Autumn?! Fear not, we have a 3-day “Student Life” cookery course on 24-26 August that will teach them all the skills they need to keep themselves reasonably fed and healthy!

Classes run from 10am-4pm each day. Max 5 students per class. Students will learn to cook some “student staples” and learn some core skills such as pastry and pizza bases. All food will be taken home to test on family and friends!!

Back to Basics

Jacqui has two half-day classes scheduled in August – Simple Suppers and Delicious Puddings to Impress – teaching those who are a little nervous or inexperienced in the kitchen the key skills then need to entertain with confidence.

We’ll shortly be introducing Autumn classes with our key professional chefs, including: professional Patissier, Lucie Bennett; vegan/veggie maven, Jennie Chandler; Asian fusion authority, Pamela Chen; sugarcraft specialist, Sue Wilcox PLUS Masterclasses with our head chef, Oliver Thompson.

Keep your eyes peeled to social media for more classes as they become available.
