Ti Amo - Create your own Valentine's feast - 10 February - morning and afternoon classes
Join Valentina Harris for this half day of Italian Cooking with a Valentine's twist. Valentina has specially designed a romantic meal for two, which you'll be cooking alongside her.
The three-course meal includes:
Creamy Cannellini Bean and Camembert Veloute with Roasted Tomatoes
Garlic Chicken Saltimbocca, Cauliflower Puree and Green Beans in a Tomato Sauce
Chocolate Panna Cotta with Orange Segments and Almond Biscuits
The course includes all ingredients, coffee and tea when you can sit down and chat with Valentina. You will take home the dishes, which can be frozen, ready for Valentine's Day!
Valentine's Cupcake Class
If you're looking for some creative time making some fabulous Valentine's cupcakes, then how about joining Sam Centenera for Valentine's Cupcakes - baking and decorating?
On this 4-hour course, you will make and decorate 12 delicious romantic cupcakes. Sam will guide you on how to make and pipe the perfect buttercream and get to grips with using piping nozzles and nails.
You’ll learn lots of tips and tricks along the way, as well as making 12 beautiful cupcakes, plus the skills to recreate your own treats for friends and family.
